During the month of national holidays, Riga Porcelain Museum invites those interested to visit the museum's exhibitions and the themed porcelain decoration workshop WE, where its visitors will be able to assume the roles of artists and decorate porcelain objects with decals specially created for the museum.
Every month, in addition to the regular creative workshop offers, museum creates and offers themed creative workshops. This month, Riga Porcelain Museum offers its visitors to appreciate fellow human beings and everyone's participation in the existence of the Latvian state. In the workshop, participants will have a chance to decorate porcelain dishes with decals specially designed for this holiday month. The base decollet ₋ human motif created by the artist Rasa Jansones and others freely created and cut elements will show different sides and types of the people of Latvia. By choosing existing images and supplementing them with their own, every visitor of the workshop will be able to decorate a white porcelain with his own "society". After the workshop the created piece will then be functionally usable and will remind of the Latvian national holiday.
Participation fee in the creative workshop from EUR 5.50 to EUR 19.10. In honor of the national holiday, Riga Porcelain Museum offers the opportunity to visit the creative workshops for free on November 11 and 18.
