From 11 October 2021, on-site services can only be received and provided in an epidemiologically safe environment*
Museum doors are open to visitors. There are 14 persons allowed on the Riga Porcelain museum’s premises at the same time.
Epidemiological safety rules when visiting museum:
the visitor presents to the museum employee an interoperable certificate (certificate of Covid-19 recovery or vaccination) and an identity document;
use a face mask correctly, covering the nose and mouth, throughout the visit;
keeps a distance of 2 meters from other visitors and museum staff.
Please do not visit the museum if you have symptoms of respiratory infection, are under self-isolation, quarantine at home or strict isolation. The museum reserves the right to deny entry to persons with symptoms of respiratory infection and ask them to leave the museum.
* An epidemiologically safe environment is one in which both visitors and staff or service providers who come into contact with visitors are required to present an interoperable certificate of Covid-19 recovery or vaccination and identity document (during a transitional period, staff may present valid negative test results). The number of visitors to these cultural premises should be determined by providing one visitor or members of one household with 15m2 of the public space.
