This year more than sixty artists from all over the world are participating in the 7th International Small Form Porcelain Exhibition at the Riga Porcelain Museum. 25 artists from Latvia such as Pēteris Martinsons, Ilona Romule, Valda Podkalne, Dina Mīlīga, Elīna Titāne, Sarmīte Munde and Antoņina Paškēviča. 39 artists from Lithuania, Estonia, Russia, Poland, United Kingdom, Hungary, Sweden, Germany, Holland, Turkey, Spain and USA.
Exhibition features original porcelain artwork with dimensions not exceeding 15 cm (height, width, depth). Regardless of their small size, these works of art reveal a rich variety of shapes and stylistic approaches, providing an insight into the European and worldwide ceramic art and its latest trends.
Narratives range from realistic and nature based motifs to entirely abstract. This annual exhibition is widely renowned amongst artists as well as visitors and art professionals.
